    I have had a great week….I am no longer in the “W” size (14W-16W-plus size etc.) but instead I am shopping in the ladies section. I am very happy with the progress made. As soon as my apartment complex moves me into my town home I can get back on the tred mill. I am still thinking of a name. The names I’ve thought of are a bit stale.

  2. Congrats Vyta! Sounds like you’re making great progress.

    I’ve discovered that neither low-carb nor low-fat work. It’s the combination that makes the difference. For me. But HARD to do. I’m working on it. Two steps forward, one step sideways. At least my boys don’t tell me that my fingers look like Mrs. Klump’s anymore!

    Writing is an active endeavor. Thinking about writing is the equivalent of being a literary couch potato.

  3. Hello Ladies. One Thing That Helped Me Lose Weight And Keep It Off Is Eating Five To Six Small Meals A Day With An Equal Combination Of Protein, Carbs And Fats. I Eat Alot Of Salmon, Lean Beef, Ground Turkey And Free Range Chicken. For Carbs, Lots Of Fruits And Vegetables, Mainly Apples, Cantelope, Lots Of Brocoli, And Greens And I Only Drink Water. When I Stopped Drinking Juice And Sodas, That Eliminated Several Hundred Calories A Day. Snack On Fruit And Almonds Instead Of Chips, Use Olive Oil Instead Of Vegetable Oil, Stay Away From Alot Of Bread And Of Course Try To Do Some Form Of Exercise At Least Three Days A Week. Kick Boxing Works For Me! I Hope This Helps!
