  1. Hey Angela. I didn’t work out at all last week. I overworked my arms by doing the same workout two days in a row—NOT a good idea when you’re doing CrossFit. So, my muscles were inflamed. I then remembered I was supposed to take a week off every 12th week, so I gave myself a break. At first it was wonderful, but then I REALLY missed the gym. I couldn’t wait to get back Monday, so this week I’m back on track! 🙂 I still haven’t gained any weight though, b/c I still ate pretty good. 🙂 I’ve learned it doesn’t matter how much you work out. You’ve got to change your eating habits too. Okay Angela–YOUR TURN!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
