  1. For me as the Publisher of an on-line magazine for and about African American Baby Boomers,, on-line promotion is not on valuable, it is essential. It is important that we reach as many of the members of our demographic of 9.1 million as possible, and on-line promotion is an effective way of doing so.
    The challenge is to find the most effective tools to use to give you the best return on your investment. I’d be interested inhearing from you and your readers the most effective techniques or outlets you have used.
