It’s been a while since I’ve posted and I wanted to take some time to wish you all a happy and healthy holiday season. I encourage you to do two things.
First, show and tell the people in your life how much they mean to you. Sometimes we feel that our actions are so powerful that we don’t need words. At other times we believe our words are so powerful they don’t need to be backed up with action. Don’t believe either. The people we care about need both. I know I do.
Second, show some love to someone who’s not so close to you. You never know what people are going through so you should never underestimate the power of a smile and a kind word. These are very inexpensive gifts so give them often!
CONTEST WINNERS
I’ve sent gift certificates and autographed books to all the contest winners. If you were a winner and you haven’t received your prize, please let me know. I’m on holiday right now, but I’ll follow-up after Christimas.

Promoting Our Voices, Sharing Our Stories
I hope you had a very blessed Christmas and wish you all you wish for 2008.
Above all, I wish you health and the constancy to stay with God and his wishes for you. May you and all those you hold dear be richly blessed.
Hi Angela:
Hope you had a blessed Christmas and a fabulous New Year. I really enjoyed “The Amen Sisiters.” I just passed 2 of your novels along to my 94 year old grandmother – something I started with her a couple of years ago and she loves it. I just know that she’ll enjoy “Awakening Mercy” and “Abiding Hope.” I will certainly have to replace my collection. My mom is reading “The Wedding Story” which I loved.
I feel honored to be one of your contest winners. Thank you for thinking of me. I can’t wait to receive whatever it is you decide on. Please email me if you need my full address.
Patiently Awaiting,
Joni, GA
